In the vedeo, the topic was cross culture communication skills.there have a lots of people who coming from different countries in austrelia.after coming here they have to adjust them with different cultural people. so everyone have to friendly. they should try to understand each other.when they go to acompany for a wark, if the company people are not friendly, don't like other community it will be very tuff for them to get a job. so the employre of a company should be try to understand their cultures.

I think this was a good thing to use but i think it could have being better with more class discussion of the meaning of working with and being amongst a diverse working enviroment.
