Did you manage to check the letter on Telephone Skills I sent you by email?

  This week the aim is to consolidate the work on communication skills  and to  catch up with work you may have missed.

• Use the vocabulary that came out of Tracy's talk last week and check words and concepts you didn't understand in a dicitionary.  Try msn encarta online.
•  Please find the Working With Diversity page on the wiki and write your responses to the video we saw two weeks ago.  See what Tracy has written to start with.

Demonstrate Interpersonal Skills

You will be assessed on:

• Listening
• Communication strategies
• Working together
• Feedback
• Responding to messages

In pairs, stand back to back and take turns to talk about a topic of your choice for two minutes.

Then as a large group we will discuss how it felt to speak in this way.

 We will also brainstorm to create a list of non-verbal behaviours that help you communicate.
